WHAT IS OVER THE EDGE!
Special Olympics Oklahoma will hold this unique event for the first time at the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in Catoosa (near Tulsa) and in Downtown Oklahoma City to benefit the more than 9,500 athletes involved in the program. This fundraiser will feature a "once in a lifetime" opportunity to rappel down the side of the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel or a high rise building in Oklahoma City (soon to be announced). All participants will be treated like VIPs while their supporters cheer them on during their thrilling descent! To secure his or her place, each participant needs to raise a minimum of $1,200 for the chance to go ...OVER THE EDGE!
TO REGISTER:
Potential participants will be given the opportunity to start registering soon. Each participant will create a firstgiving fundraising page which will allow their friends, family and colleagues to "sponsor" their rappel. Firstgiving is safe and secure and takes a lot of work out of receiving pledges for participants.
